我是一名中国程序员，在经历了一次失业之后，开始了一段新的旅程。

重新出发的那段时间里，我越来越清楚地看到一件事：市面上大量打着“天然香薰”旗号的产品，居多不过是合成香精加上精美包装——化工原料，没有真正的植物气息；那些号称“传统工艺”的香薰饰品，也往往是仿制材料，跟真正的草木相差甚远。

这让我想起了更真实的东西。记忆里的香囊，是用真正的艹草和音料塔满的，气味直接而有层次感；老人戴着的那串香珠手串，香气是从中药本身散发出来的，不是喷上去的。那种踏实的手感，是仿制品永远给不了的。

我们做什么

于是我开始寻找——用草本香料制作的香囊，用中药本材手工揨制的药香珠手串。不含合成添加剂，香气来自植物本身。

不同的草本配方，带来不同的芳香体验；不同的造型工艺，适合不同的审美喜好。每一件产品，都是芳香与工艺的真实表达。

我们的目标

我不是香料专家，也不打算假装自己是。我只是一个普通人，觉得真实的草木香气值得被更多人知道，然后花时间去寻找、筛选，再把它们推荐给同样关心生活品质的人。

这就是 Scent & Tea 现在做的事，也是接下来一段时间我想持续做的事。

I’m a programmer from China who found himself out of work — and used the time to start looking for something real.

The more I looked at what was on the market, the more I noticed: most products sold as “natural aromatherapy” or “traditional herbal jewelry” are neither. Synthetic fragrances dressed up in heritage language. Factory-made imitations with no real connection to the plants they claim to represent.

I kept thinking back to simpler things. Sachets stuffed with actual dried herbs, their scent direct and honest. Bead bracelets worn by older generations, their fragrance coming from the botanical material itself — not sprayed on, not synthetic. That kind of genuineness is hard to find now.

So I started looking for it. Sachets made with genuine dried botanicals. Bead bracelets hand-rolled from traditional herbal powders. Different plant combinations bring different aromas; different craft styles suit different tastes. Every piece is a straightforward expression of fragrance and craft — nothing more, nothing less.

I’m not an herbalist, and I’m not pretending to be one. I’m just someone who thinks genuine botanical fragrance is worth knowing about, and who’s willing to spend the time finding it and sharing it with people who feel the same way.

That’s Scent & Tea — for now, and for the time to come.
